Out for a walk
Walking has become my daily activity. I feel it calms me down and gives me a great opportunity to listen to one of the many podcasts of which I am a fan of.
I can honest say I always feel one hundred percent better after a walk. I usually aim for approximately an hour’s walk which usually ends up being about 3 miles. For this year I have set myself the challenge to walk 1000 miles. That’s actually going for walks- not my general walking about.
Last year I did 810 miles which I was proud of, but also I was disappointed not to reach the magical four figures.
So far I am 240 miles in. I’m a little bit behind where I should be- approximately 12 miles behind, but I am confident that I will catch that up over summer.
